RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We want you to be satisfied with every piece of jewelry you buy on elleglobals.com. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we provide a flexible return and exchange service.
✅ 1. Return and Exchange Terms
You can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the product, but the following conditions must be met:
The product has not been worn, washed or damaged
Keep the original packaging (including dust bag, tag, etc.) intact
Attach the original order number or purchase receipt
Non-customized, non-discounted clearance items (please see Article 6 for details)
💰 2. Refund Instructions
After confirming receipt and verifying the returned product, we will refund the original order within 5-10 working days.
The refund amount does not include the original order shipping fee (if applicable).
If you pay with a coupon or gift card, the refund will be refunded proportionally.
🔁 3. Exchange Instructions
If the size or style is not suitable, you can apply for an exchange and exchange it for another item of the same value.
The first exchange is free shipping (within the United States), and the second exchange will be charged the difference in shipping costs.
If you need to exchange, please contact customer service by email first. We will reserve inventory for you and provide an exchange process.
📦 4. Return and Exchange Process
Please follow the steps below:
Contact customer service by email and provide the order number, reason for return and product photos (if there is a quality problem)
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address
Pack the product properly and send it back (please use a logistics method with a tracking number)
We will refund or exchange the product after receiving and confirming that the product is correct
🚚 5. Shipping Policy
Returns without quality issues: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs
Quality issues or wrong products: We will cover all round-trip shipping costs
International order returns: You need to arrange the return and bear the relevant costs (unless there is a serious problem with the product)

Products that exceed the 14-day return and exchange period
Products that have been used, worn or have obvious wear and tear
